Seven Stars Inn

The Seven Stars Inn is a historic, 1736, four star restaurant with a difference. Along with the quality one expects of a four star restaurant, the portions served are enormous. The house specialty is a Roast Western Prime Rib that is 32 to 40 oz. The prime rib looks like it's about a foot in diameter and about three inches thick. All of the other entrees are also very large in size and include a variety of great steaks, veal, lamb and seafood dishes. Besides all of the other great features, the Seven Stars is family friendly. There is not only a great Children's Menu but also a Young Adult's Menu. Both of these menus scale down the size of the serving and price of their offerings to meet the needs of their younger customers. Prices for an adult entree (all include cheese and crackers, a loaf of fresh baked bread, a salad and two vegetables) range from $20 to $35 with some Lobster Tail items quite a bit higher. There is a well stocked wine cellar that was built in an old tunnel that was discovered during some recent reconstruction. The restaurant only serves dinner and is closed on Mondays. The Seven Stars Inn is a smoke free restaurant.
